Plot in Prčanj No. 772

Two plots of land are for sale in the small village of Prčanj, located in the Bay of Kotor area. The total area of the plots is 2,200 m2 and 800 m2. The first plot is 100 m from the sea, and the second is 200 meters away. On the 2,200 m2 plot there is an old stone house with an area of 450 m2. Prčanj, located in the Bay of Kotor opposite Perast, is a small picturesque settlement in the northeastern part of the Vrmac Peninsula in Montenegro. It was founded by fishermen back in the 14th century. It is famous for its amazing mountain and sea winds. In late spring and early autumn, the townspeople gather medicinal herbs, of which about 550 species grow in this area. These herbs are renowned for their beneficial effect in the treatment of lung diseases.
